Our experience working with Pathfinder Education has been excellent. They have been efficient, transparent and diligent in their management and organisation activities and have provided a high-quality provision for a young person we have placed with them in an Off-Site Direction. We have had highly positive feedback about this placement from all stakeholders involved (i.e. parent and other professionals) and Pathfinder have been flexible and adaptable in supporting the young person's needs as well as support the family well.

Pathfinder has been transformational for two of our pupils. From the initial visit to continued support, Stu and the team have been superb. They always put the children and their needs first and are more than happy to provide support, be it with strategies in school or on site. Our children really enjoy their time at Pathfinder, with its varied menu of activities. There is also academic demand, which is important when sourcing an alternative provision provider.

We currently have two children attending Pathfinder and have been extremely pleased with the support provided. Communication with staff is excellent, with team members readily available on a daily basis to discuss the children’s progress, wellbeing and any emerging needs. Staff consistently attends all meetings involving the children, ensuring a collaborative approach between Pathfinder, school and families. Regular updates and detailed reports are provided, helping us to monitor progress and maintain effective support. Most importantly, the children themselves speak very positively about their time at Pathfinder and clearly value the experiences and support they receive there.
